Tradeshows are an effective way for companies to get their name and product known to more people.  Planning and setting up a trade show exhibit does require time and money. However, a successful outcome can make the time and money well spent. It will also increase visibility of your products and builds up your reputation. Being a part of a trade show is a good step to take to introduce yourself to the market and to promote your products.

There are many different things that go into creating an effect exhibit. When designing your exhibit for a trade show you have many things to consider, including displays, graphics, lighting and overall layout of the exhibit.

You only have a few brief seconds to have an immediate impact on the passing traffic. Using bold graphics will help to make your product stand out. It is not wise to over crowd your space. If you have too many colors or the exhibit is crammed full of stuff, it could have a negative effect on people passing by your trade show exhibit. By keeping it simple with just the right color scheme you can have the perfect setup.

Lighting is a way to call attention to your message and products. However, when using lighting with your displays you want to be sure that it is done properly. You want the lighting to be subtle and use it to highlight your products or message. Bright huge spot lights and a lot of flashing lights can take away from your products and make your exhibit unappealing.

When designing your exhibit you first need to know what size your exhibit space is going to be. Then you can plan where your displays and other items will go. You want the area to be clutter free and organized so a person passing by can see exactly what you have to offer. By planning ahead you will be organized and be able to create a successful trade show exhibit.
